In Tuscany we found ourselves with a bunch of extra parsley while cooking and made up a little pesto that’s incredibly easy to make. Just throw the ingredients below in a bowl after cutting them and chopping them to tiny pieces. 1 handful of almonds 1 big handful of parsley 3 cloves of garlic AMeer lezen over “Pesto “stepje erbij””
Once again the eyes were bigger than the stomach. The truffel stuff was actually salsa di funghi. Food was delicious, 5 stars.
