Pesto “stepje erbij”

In Tuscany we found ourselves with a bunch of extra parsley while cooking and made up a little pesto that’s incredibly easy to make. Just throw the ingredients below in a bowl after cutting them and chopping them to tiny pieces.

  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 1 big handful of parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A little bit of parmesan
  • Lots of olive oil
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
